One of my teeth has got the side of my face swollen to about the size of a softball! lost my job so no ins and little money. can this b dangrous to me?

ABSOLUTELY: It sounds like an abscess of/around a tooth. Unfortunately, this can progress and cause serious harm if not treated. If it doesn't immediately improve with warm compresses and anti-inflammatory medication (go for tylenol (acetaminophen) unless you have a health reason not to), get to an er. If financial concerns are heavy, aim for the local public health center or county/city medical center. Do not ignore this.

Sure: That sounds like you have a very badly abscessed tooth that made your checks swell, that abscess can spread to other areas in the surrounding region. You need treatment and medications asap . See a dentist do oral surgeon ..

Go to an ER! This can become very dangerous if the infection spreads to your eye or your brain. They can work out a payment plan with you so don't wait!

Yes. VERY dangerous: See a dentist or oral surgeon, or go now to a hospital emergency room. This is a severe infection that must be immediately addressed.
