Don't panic: A colposcopy sounds scarier than it is, it just means looking at your cervix with a big magnifying glass. If all looks well your doc will just give you close follow up after the pregnancy. If there are any areas that look particularly concerning you will can be followed more closely while still pregnant without harm to the pregnancy.

HPV & Pregnancy: Most likely you will be fine. A colposcopy (and even cervical biopsy) is well tolerated in pregnancy. There are very, very few indications for surgery on the cervix in pregnancy.
