Ulcer: You may have peptic ulcer disease. Please see ur doctor do that they can prescribe you meds and also plan any tests.

Impossible to say...: Lots of possibilities here--which require a physical exam & simple testing. Your symptoms may be related to the abdominal wall (superficial location) or internal (deep location); may be of gi, gynecologic, or musculoskeletal origin; may be serious or minor. With regard to heartburn, please re-evaluate your diet, consider an otc acid blocker (like Prilosec otc), & discuss response with doctor.
