Loose, yellowish stools. Very fatty, lots of gas. Some lower left stomach cramping. Celiac? GERD? Worried about possible bile duct obstruction

Could be: loose yellow stools that are fatty could be a sign of absorption problems of fat. As you said, could be related to bile duct and even seen in celiac. Further investigation is warranted by your primary doctor.
