"Stomach lumps": If you feel irregularities ( "lumps") when pressing on the skin of your abdomen, they may represent lipomas, which are (benign) fat tumors. With PCOS, consider discussion with your healthcare provider about using low dose oral BCP's, as suppression of ovarian function lessens the exposure of the uterine lining to high levels of estrogen, which can lead to uterine malignancy later.
