Early menses?: I'm not sure whether you're asking about a possible relationship between starting zoloft (sertraline) and having an early menstrual period? Zoloft (sertraline) does not usually disrupt menstrual cycle. If some oral contraceptive pills were missed, there could be withdrawal bleeding, though. Please discuss with your physician.
