Depends: Could be from altitude or if you have migraine history it precipitated event. If does not resolve see ENT or neurologist.

Several causes: There are several things which can cause headaches after flying for 5 hours. Dehydration, pressure changes, noise exposure, time zone changes/jet lag are several potential causes.
