Baroreceptors: You may be sensitive to changes in the pressure. Our blood vessels have sensors in them, that can detect changes in even our posture and different pressures, and usually work well, but as we age, these can get affected and then cause "dizziness" with different environments and even different changes in pressures. You may have his issue and it causes headaches. See neuro for meds that can help.
