Stretch: Plantar fasciitis could be quite painful. Doing some stretches for it including dorsiflexion of your foot using a towel or sheet (pulling back on toes), putting a golf ball on the floor and rolling your foot on it as well as anti-inflammatories like aleve (naproxen) or advil will help. If nothing works, you can see a podiatrist for further evaluation.

Take a : Bottle of poland spring water freeze it and then roll under your foot. Take antiinflammatories and perform achilles tendon stretches and wear an arch support. If pain persists see a podiatrist.

Support and stretch: More supportive shoes and inserts, stretching exercises as well as ice/heat/massage is a start. If this persists, see podiatrist more full examination and treatment.
