A properly fitted arch support will distribute your body weight over the foot in a wat the facia is not irritated. See a podiatrist.

Planter fasciitis is treatable through splinting, medication and physiotherapy. It would be prudent to see a doctor. or a podiatrist. Wish you good health!

Definitely visit an experienced Podiatrist and uncover if indeed you do have plantar fasciitis or a different condition. Your foot symptoms may well respond to injections and/ or properly fitted custom orthotics. Do NOT purchase generic foot pads from your local drugstore, as suspect, it will be a waste of money and time.
