Arch supports: Icing, antiinflammatories, night splints, massage. If pain persists see podiatrist who may possibly give an injection, offer prp therapy , shockwave treatments etc.

Many treatments: I would start with rest, ice, compression, elevation. May want to try otc anti-inflammatory such as aleve (naproxen).
