Can trazodone cause dry eyes, fullness & pressure in face/head, headache? do these ever go away?

It can cause all of: Those symptoms. It clogs the sinus pathway by leading to swelling of the nasal mucosa. This can lead to sinus headaches and it has other chemical effects that can lead to dry eyes. Please see your doctor to discuss other options, especially since it can also cause or contribute to a disorder of daytime sleepiness. Best wishes.

Yes/No: Those are uncommon side effects of trazodone, however, medications can cause side effects either by themselves or interacting with other medications ..I.E medication a added to b may raise the level of b or b may raise the level of a , consequently increasing the likelihood of side effects . Best if you check with your doctor to asses the situation thanks.
