Insulin secretion: Our bodies anticipate and secrete things as needed, in addition to basal rates. A prandial secretion of Insulin easily explains why your blood sugar falls to 79 after eating; if you have no symptoms, i wouldn't worry about it unless you are taking diabetic medications that would artificially affect Insulin levels.
