Walking: How about walking? You can do it anywhere. Limit yourself to 45 minutes per day. Limit your heart rate to 110-120 BPM (225-your age) x 60%. That's 60% of your max heart rate. 140 BPM should be the max-that's 80% of your max hr. So, basically, a brisk walk for 45 minutes. You shouldn't over do with that, right? Good luck.
