Could be: Diarrhea, constipation, or alternative, normally called ibd, or irritable bowl syndrome, can happen in a stress condition.

It can be: The bowel is under the control of the lower brain that is a computer. For every signal that goes from the computer to the bowel there are 9 signals that go from the bowel to the brain. All this is automatic and below conscious level. Stress is handled by the computer so it could reflect in constipation. However, i don't think that it is a usual cause.
