Possible: When bowels are not moving appropriately, gas can build up inside and can cause bowels to cramp, which causes the discomfort that we feel. Drinking plenty of water, avoid prolonged sitting and excessive meat consumption can decrease chance of constipation. Increase fiber intake by eating more leafy vegetables, fruits, or nuts can also help.
