It doesn't work: A machine that shakes you will not lose any weight for you. Your shaking yourself (running, jumprope, swimming, etc) will lose weight for you. Decrease calorie intake and increase calorie output to lose weight. There are a couple of machines on the market (usurf & powerplate) may actually work, because while you're standing still the machine makes you continually adjust your balance. Use 30min/day.

What?!?: Is this the belt shaky thing from the early 20th century like on the titanic? If you want weight loss, it comes from exercising and cutting calories. Shaking things up won't help you lose weight.
