My hsg was normal but on closer inspection it looks like my l fallopian tube was bent ~90 degrees in middle.could this be the cause of my infertility?

Probably not: The fallopian tubes can take tortuous courses and as long as the tube is patent and there are no strictures or visual abnormalities to the radiologist there should not be a tubal issue detectable by hsg.
