Abnormal: That HCG unfortunately is very low for that time. A normal HCG 12 days after a day 5 transfer is closer to 100. Most likely the embryo was not genetically normal and resulted in a miscarriage. There is no reason not to increase the p4 but likely that will not make a difference. The bleeding is likely not a good sign.
