Could be other thing: But the most common is hpv, condom is no gurantee u will not get hpv, does help prevent the spread and if u keep having anal sex you are at risk for hemm problems, anal sphincter problems, rectal tears, rarely rectal perforation, u need to see a doc cause if it is hpv it shoudl be treated as it can spread and grow and sometimes turn precancerous or cancerous.
