I have an anxiety disorder. is there a way to avoid dispersonalization?

Adequate treatment: Make sure you are sleeping at night and using good psycopharmacology. Get a good therapist, cognitive behavioral therapy is the best. You are young, the brain is still plastic, just gotta work on not thinking about thinking, being present; easier said than done but success breeds success and with good therapy you can get better. Sometimes Lamotrigine can be an easy, overlooked drug.

No: Depersonalization is a reaction or process that is not within your control. It's something that can improve with treatment of whatever is causing it, but you can't take steps to avoid it altogether.
