Many Possibilities: This is a tough scenario and i need more information to help out. Red dots in a cluster could be insect bites of some sort, but could also be cold sores. That they are itchy favors bites, but allergic contact dermatitis is also possible. Lyme is rarely itchy and the lesions do not come and go so this is probably not it. You need to see a dermatologist who should be able to diagnose and treat.

I have a red raised rash from a recent tick bite, could this be lyme?
Insect bite. Red raised bump and then often itchy rash extended out about 1.5 inches to left (no bullseye). If it was Lymes would it have kept expanding? Would it also have faded away after two days of Neosporin if it were Lymes? No other symptoms?
I have a bullseye bruise on my arm. The center is not bruised, but is raised slightly. it does not look red like the lyme disease pics look.
I've been on doxycycline 2 weeks out of 3 for bullseye rash. The rash faded but still have a raised red bump at bite location. Is Lyme still present?
