Yes and no: Pasta is a great choice after surgery but the acidity in marinara can irritate the surgical site. Butter and parmesan or mac and cheese or even a little garlic and oil might be better choices for a few days. Feel better!

Depends: It depends on the difficulty of the extractions, and whether or not sutures were used. Generally, if it was not a traumatic extraction and the socket closes quickly, you could resume normal diet within a week.

Depends on Reaction: While others limit eating after extractions, my experience is that you can eat gently as long as the numbness has worn off. The two cautions i would consider is sensitivity to the sauce, as most tomato sauces are pretty acid, and be sure to avoid packing food into the extraction site.

Marinara: Best to limit yourself to a soft bland diet for about a week. Pasta's OK, spicy marinara sauce not a good choice. Perhaps a white wine, lemon butter, or plain tomato sauce would be a better choice.
