Anyone!: We know there is a weak genetic susceptibility, but RA can affect literally anyone. Most are mild cases. Approximately 1/100 people will contract it during there life, usually females after 30 yrs of age. Most cases can be well managed with the drugs available or in the pipeline. Ra pts. Can now avoid disabling arthritis.
