No: If the image in question is the on you are using as your avatar the answer is: no how, no way! that image looks to have been from a late first trimester scan. I can't imagine how a second fetus in the uterus could be missed. The chance of an unrecognized ectopic pregnancy at this stage is so low as to border on the wildly improbable.
