I have had bad body pain x3 days.also pain in left breast.arm pain went away.age 53.had troponin tests, ekg a mth ago all fine then.should i go to er?

Yes, but: Go to the er if you believe your situation is an emergency. If possible, go back to your primary care physician. Chest pain can be due to the heart but if the ekg and troponin tests are not taken at the right time, then tests could be wrong. Cardiac pain usually in center of chest, but can be in left chest and certainly radiate to left arm. Cannot say online that this is or isn't cardiac.
