Autoimmune: Autoantibody to centromere proteins scl-70, topoisomerase 1, found in patients with autoimmune disease and more specific for the autoimmune disease crest (calcinosis, raynaud phenomenon, esophageal dysmotility, sclerodactyly, and telangiectasia). Can also be found in patients with scleroderma.
