Saline spray: Neilmed actually makes a great saline nasal spray. You mix a salt packet and warm water together and place in a nettie pot. Pour solution into one nostril and it clears your sinuses and drains out opposite nostril. Repeat on opposite side. Otherwise a steamy shower always helps.

Nasal irrigation: Use inhaled steam even off of soup, hot tea or coffee. Some people use nettie pots or ocean spray -salt water solutions.Also try a hot shower or bath or even a sauna.
