Compression: Sometimes the implant can be inflamed from old or new infection, compression on a nerve or chronic inflammation from trying to be rejected.

Chin Implant: The implant may be rubbing the sensory nerve which is adjacent to the implant. Consult with the surgeon who did your operation. Removal is sometimes necessary.

Pain from implant: There are many reasons, but mainly shifting of the implant. Another reason is pressure on the nerve. You should contact your surgeon for advise.
