Facial Balance: One of the most important things in evaluating the nose, chin and face is facial balance. Chin implants are one way that plastic surgeons can help achieve a better facial balance to fit your face. It is possible that a chin implant can improve the balance of your face and fix these concerns.

Yes: Fillers anf fat grafting can be used to augment the soft tissues and lift the corner of the mouth. Liposuction can define the jaw line. The bone can be augmented with implants and bone grafts. Surgical lifts can also be used. I recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Many approaches: This requires a complex analysis of your dental structures, occlusion, soft tissues (skin, fat, muscle) as well as your bone. Once anatomic assessments are completed, a survey of your aesthetic goals must be reviewed with a discussion or realistic goals and expectations with a review of risks, alternatives, benefits, and costs. Surgery can be as simple as injectable fillers or involve complex surg.
