Here is an option: The first question is are you over weight or obese? If your sleep apnea is due to obesity first concentrate on weight loss. If you are morbidly obese then consider an appointment with a bariatric surgeon. Simple solution is to put the head of the bed on some 2x4 to elevate your head. Discuss this with your primary or lung specialist that diagnosed your sleep apnea.
