Sleep apnea: Thats one of the symptoms of sleep apnea. Make sure you use your mask. Some people depending on the severity of the apnea will use a dental appliance or have surgery. Make sure your CPAP has a humidifier on it as well

CPAP: It is important to use CPAP as prescribed, if you have difficulty tolerating the mask, suggest that you be re-fitted for a device that you can use as prescribed.
