Had 2 bad acid refluxes in very short period d very strong flavour of liquid contents in mouth made me get up while sleeping both times.felt sick n feverish since.after 1 month blood ph is 7.49.esomprazole reduces acid can it b used in such scenario?

Most patients don’t know their blood pH so it is interesting that you do (7.49 is slightly above the normal 7.4) . Esomeprazole blocks acid production in the stomach but would not affect blood pH, only stomach pH . It would help your symptoms if they are due to acid reflux though, in addition to: no big meals before bedtime/elevate head of bed/lose weight if needed. See Dr if persists
