Allergies???: It could be that you have been exposed to an allergin and your body has reacted in this way. Mine is ragweed season. You could try zyrtec (cetirizine) 10mg daily (works wonders for me) and see if this helps. If not, consult your doctor.

Depends: Could still be a viral infection or could be allergy type symptoms. What you are describing is rhinitis, which mean inflammation of the nose. This is what results in a runny nose.
