Viral Diarrhea: Probably viral. Pedialyte for each diarrhea to replace loss, calculate amount according to loss, approx. 2-4 ounces for each diarrhea. Give bananna, rice, applesauce, yogort. Continue if you are breast feeding. For nasal drainage- saline nasal drops 4-5 in each nostril & suck with bulb syringe. Crackels in lungs needs evaluation by pediatrician; can be RSV & other viral/bacterial cause.
