Toothache : Most medical doctors will not pull teeth. You will be seen and evaluated for a diagnosis. You may require antibiotics. They will usually refer you to your dentist or oral surgeon if the problem is only a tooth problem but should give you something to begin treatment.

No: Emergency rooms do not usually have dental capabilities. The visit will likely be costly and you will be waiting a long time. Most er's will simply prescribe antibiotics and pain medications. Save yourself time and money and go to a dentist or dental emergency clinic for treatment.
