Real bad tooth ache, going to the oral surgeon in 2 weeks to have it pulled, what can i do for the pain until then?

Bad tooth pain: I would make every effort to be seen sooner, either by the oral surgeon that you already have an appointment with, or another one. If you need pain medication stronger than otc such as advil, motrin, aleve (naproxen) or what you would normally take for a headache, then you will have to discuss this with the dentist treating you.

Call: Best solution is call your oral surgeon who can probably see you within 24 hours. To delay allows infection to spread.
