Perfectly OK: A warm compress, warm bath, massage to neck & back area, and tylenol (acetaminophen) are all acceptable ways to alleviate back & neck pain in pregnancy. Relaxation exercises also help and resolving your everyday stresses helps too. Take care.

Yes: Warm bath may help. I would ask your obstetrician what temperature and duration are safe for the baby.

Local modalities: Like heat application and massage and guided exercise directed by your doctor and possibly with physical therapy. There are also pregnancy harnesses or back supports that can also be utilized.
