Yes, that is true.: Please avoid taking overly hot baths or use of hot tubs & saunas during pregnancy due to risk of hyperthermia. The american college of obstetricians & gynecologists recommends pregnant women not use saunas or hot tubs. A warm bath is ok. Keep temp 100 degrees f or.
