how much of a dropoff in efficacy is there between 120 mg/kg of accutane and 100 mg/kg for a 2nd course with mild acne? 1st course cleared me for 1 yr

Accutane: It's very hard to quantify the difference in efficacy. 120 mg/kg is the accepted total dose of Accutane over a treatment course to maximize the chances that your acne won't recur in the future. You should ask your doctor about absorica, a new brand name accutane, that is supposed to be even more effective.
