Accutane: It's very hard to quantify the difference in efficacy. 120 mg/kg is the accepted total dose of Accutane over a treatment course to maximize the chances that your acne won't recur in the future. You should ask your doctor about absorica, a new brand name accutane, that is supposed to be even more effective.
