Consult Urologist or: Urogynecologist.Could utis be related to sex? Need to urinate afterwards, if no help but related discuss macrdantin prophy after sex. Shower rather than bathe, no bubble bath.Cotton underwear & no thongs. Spread thighs widely with voiding & wipe front to back.Avoid or treat costipation. Drink plenty of fluids & void regularly.Try daily cranberry juice, tabs or caps to reduce bacterial adherence.
