See your doctor: See your doctor to confirm it is a bacterial uti. He/she will prescribe an antibiotic.

Antibiotics: Get a urinalysis to confirm, have your dr. Prescribe an antibiotic. Drink lots of water. Treat constipation, if present. In future please empty your bladder after sex, this will reduce risk of post intercourse utis. Good luck.
