Depends: Predicting the future is difficult. Without treatment, it ranges from weeks to months depending on the individual. This should be discussed with your oncologist so plans can be made.

I wish: I wish i could say it would be a long time, but it probably won't. Everyone is different, and cancer can have different impacts on us all. However, the higher the stage, the worse the prognosis. By not having treatment, which is his choice, his longevity is probably lessened. Your oncologist can tell you more, and help you address quality of life and quantity of life issues. Good luck.
