Might be arthritis: An ankle injury from that height may have injured the ankle joint and caused some permanent damage. This is caused traumatic arthropathy. See a podiatrist or orthopedist for evaluation. A fall from that height can also injure your back, causing radiculopathy. Have this checked out if you have back pain as well.
