My whole ankle aches from falling off a 3 story building. didn't rehab it properly because of sports/pressure to play. it's been 2 years. please help!?

Might be arthritis: An ankle injury from that height may have injured the ankle joint and caused some permanent damage. This is caused traumatic arthropathy. See a podiatrist or orthopedist for evaluation. A fall from that height can also injure your back, causing radiculopathy. Have this checked out if you have back pain as well.

Get examined.: You may have a joint problem that needs medical attention. Potentially a cartilage issue within the ankle joint. See an orthopaedic foot and ankle surgeon. One in your area can be found at www.Aofas.Org.
