Xanax (alprazolam): Appears that u need to see someone to manage your medication. Contact your local mental health center for appointment. They can work with you. Good luck.

Ask for Help!: Before discontinuing treatment, discuss your circumstances with your doctor. There may be programs available through the drug manufacturer as well as local pharmacies. Community mental health clinics also offer low-cost, income based services. Above all, don't be afraid or embarrassed to ask for help!
