Pinches nerve/disc: You seem to have nerve impingement from an injury causing your symptoms. I suggest proceeding with imaging and a spine specialist as well as physical therapy evaluations soon.

See your doctor today: The saddle type anesthesia is worrisome. Get an MRI as soon as possible. If you start developing bowel or bladder symptoms this could be an emergency type situation. See a spinal specialist today.
