If epidural steroid injections don't fatten people, then why are there so many reports of this side effect on forums(spine health, pain.etc)?

Retain fluids.: Too much of anything is not good for you. Serious side effects are possible so be careful. 2-3 small doses a year help many people but more is not better.
Site specific catheter delivery of medicationts to the painful site are far superior! need to find the right doctor who does more than just repeated blind injections where the steroid effect accumulates and harmful complications may be more.

Your choice: There are multiple sites online, and many different opinions about medical facts, but only a few sites like health tap, where you can count on accurate and timely information. So, it is your choice who to believe. But epidural steroids do not cause weight gain. However, chronic steroid usage does!
