Yes: Anxiety and panic attacks can sometimes bring on a seizure in people with very severe seizure disorders. Seizures can also cause anxiety and panic symptoms either right before the seizure or after the seizure is over. It's best to see a neurologist and a neuro-psychiatrist for treatment.
