Anxiety/Seizures: Check with your physician for advice, at times Keppra (levetiracetam) may produce anxiety and agitation in patients. In general, treatments for anxiety do not interfere with Keppra (levetiracetam) or other anti-convulsants.

Do not worry: Keppra (levetiracetam) typically is devoid of drug-drug interactions and can be used with most medications without a problem. Anxiety attacks can be readily treated with counseling, medications and even biofeedback.
