Laser: Pulsed dye lasers such as the candela vbeam are very effective at treating rosacea.

Topicals, laser: A quick solution is to use laser (e.g. Sciton bbl, iridex varilite). Topical treatment, such as Azelaic Acid or Cleocin (clindamycin phosphate) gels may help. Antibiotic tablets may also help for flare-ups.

Rosacea creams/laser: Rosacea can be be a challenging condition to treat. There are certain creams and medicines that might help you control the redness. Otherwise, pulsed dye and other lasers can be helpful to diminish the redness. You should see a dermatologist first to get baseline control over the condition.
